The Boof and The Baker both seem to do fine in AAA, what is their collective deal? Why can't they bring their success in AAA to the big leagues? Is it mental or is it just a case of a player trapped between MLB and AAA; the nightmare of being too good for the minors but not quite good enough for the majors.

(Dick Stuart and Ron Kittle are good examples of hitters who lived in this nightmare zone).
